Large heated new Olympic-sized pool, small lake you can use nonmotorized boats on, clubhouse, pool table, and more. Close to downtown Punta Gorda and beautiful Charlotte Harbor. You will be 30-45 minutes to various beaches such as Fort Myers, Englewood, and Siesta Key. Spend time in this newly refreshed home. (You must register with the office and pay a $100.00 transfer fee after booking.) The space Newly refreshed, adorable park model in a fun community. Perfect for a single person or couple. Other details to note YOU MUST BE 55+ to rent in this park. Smaller pets under 70lbs are allowed, a maximum of 2. You will need to register with the park after booking and they will charge a transfer fee of $100.00 per FL law. There are coin-operated washers and dryers on-site in the clubhouse area. No laundry in unit. Basic channels only no premium cable provided. Wi-Fi is not included however you pay to have it hooked up in the unit as well as cable or you can use the park's free wifi in the clubhouse/library area.
